Individual Relaxation / Klangmassage (Sound Massage) $250 plus gst
The Peter Hess Klangmassage technique uses sound waves created by hand made therapeutic bowls that are carefully placed upon your body to produce gentle pulsations. These vibrations travel through the body, massaging the cells, un-blocking and releasing stored up tension and restoring your natural 'flow' of energy. You can hear the sounds but also actually feel the sounds as the bowls are played upon your body, moving things inside into alignment and balance. The Sounds you hear soothe & calm the mind slowing down your brainwaves and leading you into a deep form of trance like relaxation/meditation.
If you have not experienced Sound Massage before, this is the perfect treatment to introduce you to sound. The harmonious sounds of the singing bowls and the vibrations are gentle, relaxing and soothing and can also be performed upon children.

Klangmassage treatments can be designed to facilitate enhanced healing of specific physical or emotional concerns for example, lower back or neck pain, injuries, anxiety or stress. The type of therapeutic bowl and the positions of the bowls, on and around the body, create energy flow in different patterns. Aligned with the meridian systems, the vibrations assist in removing blockages and facilitating realignment to restore natural order and harmony. I will offer you a private consultation over the phone 24 hours prior in order to structure your treatment to suit your needs. This treatment is suggested as a subsequent treatment following your introduction to Klangmassage. The fen gong may be used throughout this treatment for grounding, cleansing and energising.

Therapeutic sound and vibration treatments can assist a person to deal with a build up of stress or to recover from a major stress condition. When we are exposed to stress we can become ‘stuck’ in a ‘flight or fight’ mode, our body react to situations according to existing engrained patterns within our nervous system. Klangmassage can assist in providing time and space to allow the nervous system to realign and reset itself.
This package provides you with a series of three one on one Klangmassage sessions plus a spot in one of my Nurture Group Sound Baths. For the best result: It is recommended the 3 one on one sessions take place within a 10-14 day period. I offer you a private consultation (over the phone) 24-48 hours prior in order to understand your specific needs and goals.
Following your Nervous System Reset Program, individual ‘top-up’ sessions on a monthly basis (or as required) can be helpful to maintain optimal nervous system health and wellness.

Group Sound Baths are 75 mins. The Nurture Sound Baths are offered once a week (usually on Wednesdays) in my private studio in St Kilda East.

(Weekly one on one Klangmassage treatments & two Nurture Sound Baths )
The Transformation Program is for those who would like to work with the modality of Sound to help shift an aspect of their life. Weekly therapeutic Klangmassage sessions following the precise Peter Hess methodology occur over a 5 week period. Sessions are tailor made each week and build upon each other.
This program is suggested for individuals who have identified sound resonates with them and would like to make shifts in their life. This may relate to inner feelings of self doubt, confidence, creativity, anxiety, stress, sleep, body image, ‘dis-ease’ (ill at ease) plus a range of other conditions. Benefits include strengthening the immune system, better connection to self, reduced stress and the effects of stress, having greater energy reserves, feelings of harmony and regeneration, improved confidence, improved body awareness, improved inner content, facilitates ‘letting go’ and better ability to cope with stress.
Sound Duration: 5 appointments x 45 minutes of sound on body. (allow 70 minutes for the treatments)
