GROUP SOUND BATH EXPERIENCES

A Group Sound Bath is when you lie down with a bolster, blanket and eye pillow on a cosy mat in the Studio with others and are led through a mesmerising meditative sound journey. The frequencies presented have a calming effect on the body and mind. The intention of my work is to help sooth your nervous system providing you with the time and the space where self-healing can occur.

Types of weekly Sound Baths offered:

(1) ‘Nurture’ Sound Bath.

This is a therapeutic style, gentle sound bath, deeply restorative. The instruments are played as I weave around the room creating an immersive surround sound effect. These 75 minute sessions are limited to 12 guests and are weekly usually on a Wednesday or Thursday night.

$50 (plus booking fee) includes gst

(2) New Moon and Full Moon Rituals.

Working with the lunar calendar and themes, these 1.5 hour experiences include a simple breathing exercise, intention setting, sound bath and fire element. The Rituals are open to groups of 12 people and run twice a month aligned with the lunar calendar. The dates and themes vary with the moon, are listed on my ticket platform and @soulsoundsmassage.

(3) Gong Baths.

A Gong Bath is a type of Sound Bath Meditation offering deep, grounding, low tones and vibrations of the gongs. The aim of a Gong Bath is to promote a deep state of relaxation and feeling of being heavy in your body, allowing you to journey into your inner world, connect to yourself and shut down your mind. My gong technique is gentle and designed to support the nervous system whilst leading you into a trance like state.

(4) Vibro Acoustic Sound Baths

This is the ‘next level’ of Sound Baths. The Therapeutic Peter Hess Singing Bowls are placed upon your body throughout the Soundscape for around 20 minutes and gently played. You can hear the sounds and feel the vibrations trickle through your body. You feel cocooned in the sound & subtle vibrations. Spaces are limited to 7 people in this session so I can place a set of bowls on each person.

PRIVATE GROUP SOUND BATHS

I offer private group Sound Baths for up to 14 people at my studio in St Kilda East. I can also come to your venue (price on application). I bring all mats, blankets, velvet bolsters, pillows and eye pillows if required. Sessions are at least 75 long and can include easy breathing techniques and sound meditations tailored to suit your needs. This type of experience may suit your next family event, hens night, birthday party, girls night in, office party or other special occasion.
